Residents and visitors were blown away (again!) by the great food served by Bar Rosso. With the new head chef, Ross Stern, at the helm, guests cam e back for seconds and thirds of his lightly fried Arancini goat cheese risotto balls. The sundried tomato salsa complimented the dish perfectly. Chef also presented Panna cotta spoons, which he topped with his new signature raspberry tapioca pearls. Events director and manager Courtney Stern was by his side making sure everything ran smoothly. The entire event flew by and left people raving and promising to come to Bar Rosso in the very near future for good food and good times.
