Where do all the foodies in South Florida go? To the latest and greatest eateries. And most recently, 50 members of the elite wine & food group, Friends of South Beach Wine & Food Festival chose Bar Rosso as part of their food “tour”. 
 
The group feasted on Antipasti platters filled with stunning meats and cheeses, beef carpaccio, Prosciutto lollipops, mozzarella, Meatball sliders, White truffle grilled cheese, Fried ravioli, Arancini, Tuna tartar, Smoked salmon gnocchi, Assorted Grilled Pizzas, Assorted meat and cheese boards, Tiramisu Cupcakes and Chocolate Bread Pudding.
 
Two lucky diners found wine charms under their seats and won and won giufts including dinner for two and a bottle of wine.
 
A great time was had by all and diners went home happy…and full

Bar Rosso’s chef Joshua Medina cooked a stunning Osso Bucco on NBC 6’s morning show. Bar Rosso’s Laurie Wax  and news anchor Trina Robinson were on hand to share the spot with him, as he shined on camera. After, co-anchor Roxy and Trina ate his glorious dish!

Sonia Klein knows how to throw a party! For her birthday, she, family and friends took over Bar Rosso and brought in all kinds of entertainers to help her celebrate.

Jeanine Dronsick, managing editor of Around Town magazine, had 24 of her closest friends share her b-day celebration at Bar Rosso this Saturday night. Among them was Sports Anchor Steve Shapiro. The group ate and drank and had a great time. Dronsick reported that the food was great and they were well taken care of.

Bar Rosso hosted its first charity event for the Humane Society of Greater Miami last night. The event, featured great food, appetizers and plenty of pups. The pet-friendly patio housed more than 100 guests and their dogs. Big, small and all beautiful! Guests nibbled on snacks including tuna tartare, Arancini, crispy artichokes, prosciutto lollipops and more, while their furry friends ate house baked, all-organic cookies – chicken liver, peanut butter and banana -  made with whole wheat flower and other all natural ingredients. The Aventura Animal Hospital came in to offered guests information and giveaways; the Humane society set up a booth to letting “pup-less” guests know about adoption, and in the end, the event  was a big success raising $2,000 for the Humane Society and leaving everyone with a warm, fuzzy feeling.
