Socialize by the Glass at Bar Rosso, Aventura’s newest hotspot, where great food, an inviting environment, and attention to detail foster fabulous events. Nestled comfortably into the heart of downtown Aventura, this restaurant, Vinoteca, and mid-sized event space offers an incredible in- and outdoor space for groups of as many as a total of 250 guests.
Serving upscale Italian fare with an Modern American twist, a full-bar, and more than 100 varieties of wine, Bar Rosso offers a fabulous lunch and dinner menu that can be utilized for your group or choose from special catering menus, which can be customized according to what your group needs.
Partake in the wine list: Bar Rosso offers tasting by the pour—small taste, “piccolo” or a glass-and-a-half carafe, “quartino”. Naturally we can create flights of wine, drink specials, and anything else you may require, which can be paired with passed hors d’oeuvres, buffets, or plated dinners.
Wine can be paired with meats and cheeses from the Salumaria or Mozzarella Bar, piccolini (a.k.a. “small plates”) and main plates from the wood burning grill from the exposed Exhibition Kitchen.
We can create any kind of atmosphere you wish: small tables for two or four, communal tables for 20, or al fresco in “The Park,” Bar Rosso’s special outdoor area. We also feature a semi-private wine room for smaller groups of 12.
Bar Rosso can accommodate day meetings, offering an amazing lunch menu, featuring many of great salads, pizzas, and pastas as well as South Florida’s only “toast bar”. For groups sandwiches can be custom-created from the bread selection up through fillings.

Exhibition Kitchen
Bar Rosso’s exhibition kitchen boasts a wood burning oven, a grill, mozzarella bar and salumeria, which is open and visible for all to see. Guests can watch dinner being created right in front of their eyes, or those seated in The Park can gaze into plasma screens that will show the action in the kitchen via “live kitchen cams”.
Décor
Bar Rosso melds tradition with a contemporary edge. Its signature color, red, adorns the restaurant’s façade, its patio enclosure, the mosaic columns, leather bar seats, and many accent pieces. The bar, cabinetry and most of the tables are Mahogany wood, creating a rich and warm environment. White leather adorns chairs and banquettes line a select area opposite the Chef’s Table. An “old-school” Wurlitzer juke box houses CDs that span the decades can be selected and played by guests without cost. Accents include colored glass lights, decoupage wine labels, chrome and glass fixtures, a window filled with a hand-painted mural, and other subtle touches that convince patrons that no detail was overlooked.
